Bio:
Lara Catone is a teacher that inspires people to live fully empowered and celebrated lives. As a yoga teacher and sexual wellness educator with extensive experience in women’s health, Lara offers a full spectrum approach to health, wellness and happiness. Lara became certified as a birth doula in 2005 launching her into educating women about their bodies and helping couples navigate their relationships.
Lara is based in Los Angeles where she has a thriving private teaching and coaching practice. She teaches fun, creative somatic based group classes and is the founder of The Empowerment Circle: Healing Practices & Revolutionary Information for Women. You can also find her appearing as a sex expert on the Playboy channel’s Sextreme Makeover.
